Registration Information

There are four convenient ways to register for courses: register online, phone, fax, or mail.

To register by phone, call our toll-free number 800-824-2714 or 541-346-4231 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A registration specialist will assist you.

To register by fax or mail, print the PDF registration form and send with payment to:

If you register via phone, fax or mail, an e-mail or hard copy confirmation will be sent to you if time permits.

You do not have to be an admitted UO student to register for the seminars as a non-credit, professional development experience.

Cancellation Policy

In the event if you decide not to take a course for which you registered, you must notify the Academic Extension registration office at least three business days before the course begins in order to credit your payment towards another course or to receive a refund. Should you fail to do so, you will be responsible for payment of the tuition and fees. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

Courses will run only with sufficient enrollment. The registration office will notify you two business days prior to the course if a course is canceled.
