Sarah Heinicke
Sarah has managed over 13 LEED projects as a Sustainability Advisor at Brightworks, including a Platinum-targeted LEED-ND neighborhood, a computational and biological lab facility, affordable in-fill housing, several high rise mixed-use residential condominiums, high rise speculative office and an historic renovation. Prior to working with Brightworks, Sarah spent 15 years as a project manager and analyst in the public and private sectors and more recently ran her own consulting firm. Sarah's unique combination of experience as a planner, developer, feasibility analyst and sustainability advisor delivers a highly integrated approach to clients to help them find innovative solutions to their development process.
